Bathroom Furniture

Is Just Wood suitable for the bathroom?

Yes, Just Wood bathroom furniture is oiled and therefore has water and dirt repellent properties. To maintain a beautiful and strong surface, the products should be maintained with oil as needed.

 

Do Just Wood bathroom furniture come fully assembled?

Yes, all standard Just Wood bathroom furniture is delivered fully assembled. All you need to do is mount the furniture on the wall and place the sink on top.

 

How are Just Wood bathroom furniture delivered?

We deliver all Just Wood bathroom furniture and bathroom sets with our own drivers. This ensures your peace of mind as the goods are handled by our people, who are accustomed to handling Just Wood products.

 

Bathroom Sinks

Can I choose the size of the tap hole?

Yes, if you wish for us to drill the tap hole with a different diameter than Ø35 mm (which is standard), you can simply note it in the comment field on the order page.

 

What are the sinks made of?

The sinks in all our standard bathroom sets, except for Just Wood Micro, are made of Solid Surface. This material is a strong composite material from the Danish company Marmorline. The sinks are uniformly white, allowing for details like the five small overflow holes.

 

Can I get materials other than Solid Surface?

Yes, we offer the full range from Marmorline, Marbré, and Kuma, so we can certainly also fulfill your specific requests.

 

Can I get sinks other than the square Colombo?

Yes, you can easily find the three standard sink shapes offered by Marmorline here. We also offer the full range from Marmorline, Marbré, and Kuma.

 

Kitchen

Can you create drawings for me?

Yes, our skilled Just Wood kitchen consultants are ready every day to help create a unique drawing and offer for a Just Wood kitchen. Send us an email with a floor plan and describe your wishes, and we will be happy to help.

 

How do I get a quote for a kitchen?

To get a quote for a Just Wood kitchen, you need to send an email to our Just Wood kitchen consultants at info@justwood.dk. In this email, describe all your wishes regarding layout, colors, countertop type, sinks, and cooking plates. The more information we have from you initially, the better the quote we can create. You should also attach a floor plan with dimensions of the room and your contact details.

 

Do you sell appliances?

Yes, we have the option to sell a selection of different appliances along with your kitchen. We offer, among others, cooking plates from Siemens and faucets from Quooker. Inquire with us if you have specific requests.

 

Can I buy countertops from you as well?

Yes, we offer the full range from DFI-Geisler, Billeschou, Horn Countertops, TMK Countertops, and Dansk Boligstål. Therefore, we can provide countertops in all materials and designs. Let us hear about your wishes, and we can also make an offer for countertops.

 

Can I get ordinary kitchen cabinet doors for, say, tall cabinets from you?

Yes, we offer the full range from Multi-Living, Kitchn, and Frontego. We can therefore easily provide beautiful fronts ranging from a classic white romantic door to a modern matte lacquered blue or dust green door.

 

Do I have to assemble the kitchen myself?

Yes, Just Wood kitchens are constructed as complete furniture rather than individual elements. This makes it difficult to ship and impossible to fit into most homes. Therefore, Just Wood kitchens must be assembled on site. You can either do this yourself or get a local craftsman to help.

 

Do you offer measuring?

No, unfortunately, we do not offer measuring for the kitchen. You can either measure yourself or get a local craftsman to help. However, we can offer measurement and installation of countertops (for an additional charge), if desired.

 

The Products

Do you make furniture to custom dimensions?

Yes, Just Wood is our own product line. This allows us to undertake exciting projects that require special, complicated, and unique solutions. Please send an inquiry if you have a project we can help with.

 

How is Just Wood produced?

Just Wood is produced in Southern Jutland by passionate and skilled people who make beautiful Just Wood furniture every day. Some Just Wood drawers are produced in carpentries in Europe to keep up with demand. However, the manufacture of corpus, oiling, assembly, and quality check is done at the carpentry in Southern Jutland.

 

Why is Just Wood cheaper than many others on the market?

Just Wood is a quality carpentry product at reasonable prices. This has always been the fundamental idea behind Just Wood. Therefore, we have optimized the entire process around ordering, order handling, and delivery, to offer goods, previously reserved for the few, to a larger customer group. We also only have three showrooms and fewer employees than many other market players. However, this does not change the fact that our customer service is one of the most accessible in Denmark, with opening hours from 9-22 every day of the week, and the quality of our products is top-notch.

 

How should I maintain Just Wood products?

Just Wood products should be maintained with oil. We recommend using Junckers Rustic Countertop Oil for Just Wood furniture. Maintenance with oil should be done as needed. You can read more in our care guide.

 

Payment

Can I safely shop at Just Wood?

Yes, you can shop safely at Just Wood. Just Wood is owned by Celebert ApS, which has been running a kitchen business in Denmark for over 20 years. Celebert was a pioneer in offering online trading of kitchens, bathrooms, and wardrobes in Denmark. The company, headquartered in Aalborg, was started by Birk Aagaard, who is still the CEO and daily manager of the company. You are always welcome to visit us in our showroom or contact us by phone or email if you have any questions.

 

How does payment work?

Just Wood is an online business. Therefore, we are subject to a range of requirements that help protect you as a consumer. Payments are made via a secure and encrypted system on our website. Therefore, you only pay what you agree to at the time of order. We only withdraw the money the day before we deliver the goods.

 

When are the funds withdrawn?

We only withdraw payment for an item the day before it is to be delivered to you. Our systems automatically withdraw money for the different deliveries. Therefore, you may experience that we withdraw money in several installments. This is because some items are shipped from different suppliers to offer the shortest possible delivery time. However, we can never withdraw more money than the amount approved at the time of order.

 

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No, you do not need to pay a deposit. If you pay by card or Mobile Pay, we only withdraw the money for an item the day before delivery. This is your assurance that you will receive the goods you have paid for.

 

Do you offer installment payments?

We currently do not offer a financing option through Just Wood. However, some of our payment options allow for deferred payment. We refer to the individual provider for terms and questions.

 

Delivery

How do you handle delivery?

We deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible. Our Just Wood bathroom furniture is delivered to your home as curbside delivery. Bottom valves and other accessory products can be delivered to a package shop near you.

 

Does everything arrive at the same time?

No, we send different items from different suppliers. Unless otherwise agreed, we send the items as soon as possible. Therefore, you may receive partial deliveries.

 

What is the cost of shipping an item?

You can always see the current price for delivery at checkout.

 

What if I receive a damaged item?

You should always check your delivery for freight damage upon receipt - and notify us of any errors or omissions within 7 days of delivery. Take pictures of damages/errors and send them to info@justwood.dk with a description and order number. Do NOT install the item until a solution is found.

 

When will I know when my goods are delivered?

We will send you delivery information via email as soon as we have the date confirmed from our suppliers and carpentry. We cannot specify the time of day the goods will be delivered, but the freight men will call 30-60 minutes before delivery. We can also leave the goods without a receipt, provided we receive written permission by email.

 

Can I choose which day my delivery should come?

No, unfortunately, that is not possible. You can request a delivery week by noting it in the comment field on the order page. We do what we can to accommodate your request.
