Is it possible to book an exact delivery time?
Unfortunately, no. We cannot alter our overall delivery timeframe. However, subject to busyness, you can request a preferred delivery week.
The driver will always call you within 30 minutes before arrival.
What if I'm not home at the agreed delivery time?
If you are unable to receive the goods despite the agreement and the goods cannot be left, an attempt will be made to deliver again after arranging a new time with you. In this case, you will be responsible for the full shipping cost.
We can also leave the goods at your place if you have indicated in the note field at the time of ordering that the goods can be left without a receipt.
We strive to deliver on the agreed date, but we do not rule out errors from the suppliers' side and delayed delivery, in which case we will contact you.
What if one of my products is delayed?
You will not have to wait longer than necessary. Products in stock will be sent in a separate shipment, and you will still only be charged for one shipment.

Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at
Justwood.
Specially made items such as countertops, custom-sized kitchens, and other items tailored to your specific measurements cannot be cancelled once production has started.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:
A) Receive your goods.
B) Get the last item in physical possession, in the case of an agreement on several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
C) Get the last batch, or the last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement on the delivery of a good consisting of several batches or parts.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Condition of the item when you send it back: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words - you can test the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that in the event of cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
To receive the full purchase amount back, you may test but not actually use the item.
Returning
You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the goods. When returning, you are responsible for the goods being properly packaged.
You bear the risk for the goods from the time of the goods' delivery.
Cancellation of Part of the Purchase
If you have bought multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased under one order.
Note, that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
The cost of returning items is expected to be no more than approximately 600 - 1000 DKK.
If you have sent an item back for cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. The email will provide information about the further process regarding your cancellation/complaint.
According to consumer contract law, there is no right of withdrawal for specially made items.
Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will, of course, receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us.

Complaints
The rules of the Sale of Goods Act may apply to purchases of goods.

www.justwood-shop.com you of course have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
This is of course conditional upon the complaint being justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
All complaints are attempted to be rectified as soon as possible and at no cost to the customer. Defective items that have been processed or installed will only be replaced in terms of the item itself. Any costs for labor in the form of craftsmen are not covered. Recipients are encouraged to check that the item is in order before installation.
How quickly should I complain?
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item.
If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

When returning the item, please describe the problem as detailed as possible.
Remember, the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for dispatch, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
